Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to run the product.

We never sell personal data. Ever.

Children under 13 have no persistent identifiers beyond their parent's account and a per-child profile.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@koydo.app.

Account: email address, display name — for sign-in and progress sync.

Game activity: scores, levels cleared, daily-challenge streaks — to show progress and unlock achievements.

Device metadata: browser, OS, viewport size. No IMEI, no advertising IDs — used to render the right game build and debug issues.

Error telemetry: stack traces and anonymized route paths — to find and fix crashes.

We do not collect phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any information a game doesn't strictly need.

Accounts identified as belonging to a learner under 13 are placed in a restricted data mode: no third-party advertising SDKs, no cross-site tracking cookies, and a shortened retention window.

Parents can request deletion at any time.

Koydo Play uses the following sub-processors. Each is contractually bound to the same data-protection terms.

Supabase — account and game-progress storage.

Vercel — hosting, edge compute, CDN.

Sentry — error telemetry (stack traces, route paths).

We do not currently use PostHog, Segment, or any advertising SDK on this surface.

Account and progress data are retained for 24 months after last activity. After that, we delete or anonymize.

You can trigger an earlier deletion by emailing privacy@koydo.app.

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@koydo.app and we will respond within 30 days.
